Hi Darryl, I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for all your help when we ordered our dehumidifier for our in-door pool back in 2018. The SP1500c unit is still going strong, and keeping the environment nice inside the pool house. Our power tripped out the other week, and it was easy to tell the unit is doing its job, as the windows started to quickly fog up. Once I reset the breaker, the fog was gone in a very short time. Hi Darryl, Thank you for your prompt service. We received the unit on Thursday 24th!! We have been using one of your Secco Prof units for the last year non-stop and it works brilliantly, the new unit will be installed permanently to drain in our temperature-controlled calibration laboratory.
